Any individual or entity who visits our website, uses our mobile application, creates an account, or purchases our products and services.
Fresh apples, processed apple products, and any other agricultural products sold through our platform, including but not limited to various apple varieties and seasonal offerings.
Our website, mobile application, customer support, delivery services, and all related digital and physical services provided by the Company.
A confirmed request to purchase products through our platform, including payment authorization and delivery instructions.
Your registered user profile containing personal information, order history, preferences, and access credentials.
All text, images, videos, graphics, logos, and other materials displayed on our platform, including user-generated content such as reviews.
By accessing, browsing, or using any part of our Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice, but such changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed and paid for.
Product availability is subject to seasonal harvests, weather conditions, and inventory levels. We will notify you if any ordered products become unavailable and offer suitable alternatives or a full refund.
When you place an order through our Service, you are making an offer to purchase the products. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Payment is required in full at the time of order placement, except for Cash on Delivery orders. All payments are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways.

Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to product availability, errors in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent transactions, or violation of these Terms.
We currently deliver across India. Delivery times vary based on your location, weather conditions, and product availability.

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value, weight, delivery location, and selected delivery speed.
Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses that occur during shipping, though we will assist in resolving such issues with the carrier.
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll work with you to make it right through our comprehensive return and refund policy.
Returns are accepted for products that arrive damaged, spoiled, or significantly different from what was ordered. Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns for other reasons may not be possible.
To initiate a return, contact our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery. We will guide you through the process and arrange for return pickup if necessary.

By submitting content to our Service (such as reviews, comments, or feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, and display such content for business purposes.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Service will not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific product or service that gave rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is greater.
We shall not be liable for any failure to perform our obligations under these Terms if such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or internet service failures.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambertale Farms Private Limited from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any intellectual property or other rights.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our customer service team. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of our Service.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India.
